Welcome to Vox Surveys, operated by Vox Solutions LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our mobile application and related web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We keep our rules transparent and fair so everyone can participate and earn safely.

01 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or at least 13 years old with verifiable parental or guardian consent) to register and use Vox Surveys. Each user is strictly allowed one account per individual and per physical device. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts to exploit promotions, bonuses, or surveys will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all points.

02 Earning & Payments

Points are earned exclusively by completing surveys, tasks, and offers legitimately in accordance with offer partner instructions.

• Verification: We and our third-party survey partners reserve the right to review and verify offer completions to prevent fraudulent claims.
• Payouts: Reward withdrawals are processed according to our stated payout schedules (often instantly or within 24–48 hours for manual security reviews).
• Finality: All completed redemptions and transfers are final once processed.

04 User-Generated Content (UGC) & Community Safety

Vox Surveys may allow users to interact, share feedback, and post content. To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, we strictly enforce the following:

• Zero Tolerance: There is zero tolerance for abusive users, hate speech, pornography, harassment, or objectionable content.
• Reporting & Moderation: Users have the ability to report objectionable content and block offending users directly in the app.
• Moderation Action: Our moderation team investigates reports promptly and will remove offending material and eject non-compliant users.

05 Account Termination & Inactivity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Inactive accounts with no login activity for over 12 consecutive months may be archived to maintain system integrity and database performance.
